Ted Burk

As a pilot, Ted learned about performance under pressure - whether landing on aircraft carriers or testing and developing new war-fighting tactics and capabilities. Throughout his flying career, he remained focused on knocking-down barriers to performance and creating lasting advantages.

As an advisor to senior Navy leaders in the Pentagon and around the world, Ted led a specialized team of storytellers to design and deliver narrative strategies and storytelling campaigns. In this role, he navigated the complexity and challenges of collaboration across multiple stakeholders at the highest levels of government.

Today, Ted continues to incorporate insights from his decades of studying high-performance to refine his approach to building, supporting and empowering teams and leaders.
